SFGG Youth Rugby - Volunteer Survey

We are a parent run youth club and are looking for new parents to provide input on our monthly Planning Calls, please fill out survey questions below. Generally this is 6 hours per year with monthly 1 hour call (or less) during season and a couple in the off season.
