2023 NMFC Fall Soccer Tryouts
All children K-8 are invited to attend 2 training sessions with the current NMFC Club team to be evaluated by MDS Academy. Please select the session(s) you will be attending as well as sign the waiver. If you have multiple children, please fill out one for each. Current players that plan on returning also need to fill out this form to be considered for Fall.  NOTE: This is not a sign-up for recreation soccer, this is for players that are looking to play at a higher level. Recreation Soccer signups will be out over the next 2 weeks.
