Covid Positive Test Tracker
In order to track the most up to date information for positive Covid test results within SDMHA to allow us to provide the safest environment within each team, skill group or clinic.
Please note we only need to be informed of any player or team staff who have tested positive. We expect that all families who have been exposed through other members of the household will follow all relevant isolation requirements.
In all cases it is important for the availability tracking on TeamSnap be kept up to date.
