2018 - 2019 Mid Season Coaching Survey

As the season enters the mid way point, as an Executive we wanted to reach out to the membership with a short survey looking for feedback regarding our coaches. We feel it is important to hold our coaches to the highest standard. Through this survey we want to ensure that these high standard are being met.

We view these surveys as great ways to highlight areas that are going well in addition to focusing on areas needing improvement. Please do not simply look at the survey as a way to simply air grievances, frustrations etc. - If you have concerns by all means please let us know.

At the same time please be constructive. We feel we have a strong roster of Coaches this year and we want to continue building on this. Our desire, as the season nears its completion, is to help all our coaches succeed in providing a positive experience for every player on the team, in the future.
